| Express Mail shipping rules. | |
| If Express Mail delivery is available for your order, it will be displayed in the Shipping Method list on the Checkout page. 1. The order must be placed by 2:30 P.M. CST for next day delivery to be possible. 2. Signature Confirmation is required Express Mail labels are restricted to Post-Office-to-Addressee domestic shipments to U.S. destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii. A notice is left for the addressee when an item cannot be delivered on a first attempt. If the item cannot be delivered on the second attempt and is not claimed by the addressee within five days of the second attempt, it will be returned to sender. If the delivery commitment date is a Sunday or Holiday, the Postal Service will deliver on the next day that is not a Sunday or Holiday. To verify the USPS Delivery Confirmation date, visit the following link USPS Delivery Confirmation date, enter 55441 as the Origin ZIP Code and the "Ship To ZIP Code" in the Destination ZIP Code field. |

| Browse for the items you want to purchase and click “Add to Cart” for each item you want. If you would like to buy more than one product, input the desired quantity in the “QTY” field and click “Recalculate”. If you need to shop for more items, click “Continue Shopping”. After you have completed your order; select your country, state and zip code for shipping rates. If everything meets your satisfaction, click “Proceed to Checkout” or if you are a returning customer, click “Login & Checkout”. | |
| How long does it take to process an order? | |
| It takes 2 – 3 business days for us to process your order. Once the order has left our warehouse, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method. For orders that contain a prescription product, the prescription must be received and processed before the product can be shipped. Once the prescription has been verified, the order will be processed according to USPS shipping guidelines. If you select the Express Shipping option, please be aware that the express shipping method will not be applied until the prescription is verified. • US Priority Mail: 2 – 3 days (not including Sunday) • US Express Mail: 1 day if the order is placed by 2:30PM CST.
