	Thank you for your interest in Nonin’s GO2 Fingertip Pulse Oximeter. Before processing your order, we want to make sure that you are ordering the Nonin fingertip product that will best meet your needs. • GO2 Intended use: GO2 is intended to be used as a personal oximeter by a patient or caregiver in the home setting. The display and finger placement are designed for the results to be read by the patient. • 2-Year GO2 Warranty: The GO2 is warranted for Home Use Only. If these devices are used by a professional in a hospital or clinical environment they will not be repaired or replaced during the warranty period. In the event you are purchasing a GO2 for patient use or teaching purposes, continue with your order. • Onyx/Onyx II Intended Use: The Onyx and Onyx II are designed for use by the clinician. The finger clip design makes it easy to place the device on the patient’s finger and the display orientation is toward you the clinician. The Onyx line is designed to withstand the rigors of use by multiple clinicians and, multiple patients. What does the warranty include?
	Go2 Nonin warrants to the purchaser, for 2 years from the date of purchase, each GO2 Model 9570 exclusive of the battery. Nonin will repair or replace any GO2 Model 9570 found to be defective in accordance with this warranty, free of charge, for which Nonin has been notified by the purchaser by serial number that there is a defect, provided notification occurs within the applicable warranty period. This warranty excludes cost of delivery to and from Nonin. Nonin reserves the right to charge a fee for a warranty repair request on any GO2 Model 9570 found to be within specifications. GO2 Model 9570 is a precision electronic instrument and must be repaired by Nonin Technical Service. Any sign or evidence of opening the GO2 Model 9570, field service by non-Nonin personnel, tampering, or any kind of misuse of the GO2 Model 9570, shall void the warranty. The GO2 Model 9570 is warranted for Home Health Care Use Only. All non-warranty work shall be done at Nonin’s standard rates and charges in effect at the time of delivery to Nonin. GO2 Achieve Nonin warrants to the purchaser, for 2 years from the date of purchase, each GO2 Achieve exclusive of the battery. Nonin will repair or replace any GO2 Achieve found to be defective in accordance with this warranty, free of charge, for which Nonin has been notified by the purchaser by serial number that there is a defect, provided notification occurs within the applicable warranty period.
