Does my expedited shipping option (U.S. Express Mail) ensure my order will be shipped out the same day as it was placed?
	Yes, as long as go2nonin.com receives your order by 2:30PM CST and it does not require prescription verification. For orders that contain a prescription product, the prescription must be received and processed before the product can be shipped. Once the prescription has been verified, the order will be processed according to USPS shipping guidelines. If you select the Express Shipping option, please be aware that the express shipping method will not be applied until the prescription is verified.
How do I get my USPS tracking number?
	A Delivery Confirmation number is assigned to all outgoing orders. Each customer will automatically receive an email notification once their package has left our building. You may access this information by visiting the "my account / order status" link located on our storefront homepage. 1. Click the “Order Status” button located at the top middle of the go2nonin.com webpage. 2. Click Review orders / track packages under “My Orders” to review any purchases. 3. Click “View or change an order” 4. Order status will be shown in colored field. 5. Click Track your order to view delivery details.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
	Please contact go2nonin.com Customer Service department within 72 hrs to file a claim.
What do you charge for shipping?
	Shipping costs are predetermined based on the size of your order. Please utilize our shipping calculator for an estimate.
What type of shipping methods do you use?
	We ship via U.S. Postal Service, Priority or Express Mail. Delivery of Priority Mail is 2 - 3 days including Saturdays; Express Mail is next day delivery to most locations within Continental US. For orders that contain a prescription product, the prescription must be received and processed before the product can be shipped. Once the prescription has been verified, the order will be processed according to USPS shipping guidelines. If you select the Express Shipping option, please be aware that the express shipping method will not be applied until the prescription is verified. Express orders must be received by 2:30PM CST to ship same day and excludes delivery on Sunday’s/Major Holidays. *Please note: go2nonin.com does not process orders during weekends.
My USPS Confirmation number is not working. What should I do?
	It takes USPS.com up to 24 hrs to process your shipment confirmation and relay the information to their website. Transit times depend on road conditions, volume, and other circumstances. Please check back frequently for status updates.
My USPS Confirmation number states my order was returned to sender. Why did this happen?
	Most likely there was an address error and USPS could not deliver. Please contact a Customer Service Representative as soon as possible to verify/update the address and re-ship your order.
Why did USPS leave a notice card?
	This is USPS letting you know that they attempted to deliver your order, but no one was available to sign or the package was too large. The card contains information to help you complete the delivery or pick-up.
Can I use a PO Box as shipping address?
	Yes, USPS allows us to ship to PO Boxes.
Does go2nonin.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
	Yes, because we use the U.S. Postal service, we can ship orders to Military addresses. Please make sure to include all pertinent information for proper delivery. Delivery time frame is between 2 – 6 weeks.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
	First, double check the contents of the box with your packing slip. If the item is not showing on the packing slip, the item was not ordered. If the item is on the packing slip, but not in the box, contact a go2nonin.com Customer Service associate within 72 hrs.
I received the wrong product.
	If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
