"As an oxygen user who travels extensively, I have been using a Nonin pulse oximeter for almost a decade. My original Nonin Onyx, which I received in 2000 is still working. In 2005 I got an Onyx II, and it is also still working perfectly. I appreciated the improved ease of changing the battery with the Onyx II. I have just gotten the new GO2 and like that it is lighter and more streamlined.
